PSA Volleyball offers two positions:
- Referees - Referees officiate the matches and administer the rules of the game. They are in charge of everything that happens at a match, including the scorekeeper. Referees need to know all the rules of the game and must know everything there is to know about scorekeeping. Referees should be in the 9th grade or higher. Referees earn $9.00 per regular season match. (Tournament format slightly different.)
- Scorekeepers - Scorekeepers maintain the scoresheet of each match and also operate the electronic scoreboards. Scorekeepers should be at least 12 years of age, have neat handwriting, and be very dependable. Scorekeepers earn $6.00 per regular season match. (Tournament format slightly different.)
